Hi everyone. It has almost a year since I have last written here. When I left I weighed 96 lbs. For the most part I have maintained my weight give or take about 3 lbs any given moment from water weight. Anyways I'm back. Like before, I want be 88 lbs and stay that way. I want to really exercise and change my body to be teeny tiny and lean. I need motivation to keep going and constructive criticism. Tomorrow I will begin with weighing in and measuring myself, then starting 30 day shred and eat a healthy, low calorie diet. Thank you!
I haven't really been keeping track of my intake or out take on here because I'm doing it on calorie count, but I will say that I'm now 102 lbs!!!! I don't want to feel like I'm promoting websites or products, but I joined a website called weightloss wars where you compete to lose weight and can win money. I'm in one right now and I am super motivated! I've been eating great everyday and exercising like crazy. My youngest son who is almost 11 months is finally getting teeth, 1 broke out on Christmas eve and today I noticed 2 more! I'm happy. My husband is dieting and exercising again with me and is in the same competition with me and has lost 8 lbs this week. I am so proud of him! By next Friday I want to be another 3-5 lbs lighter and I'm starting the Special K diet tomorrow. I hope all of you are doing GREAT!!!!!
